📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage third-party logistics (3PL) vendors, ensuring they meet Shopee’s operational and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance using tools like SAP and Jira, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse, and IT, to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor performance and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with Shopee’s logistics policies and industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on vendor management and operational oversight.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing third-party logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, including SAP and Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
