📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and general ledger.
• Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and other management information.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the accounting team in audits and financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external parties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role in a manufacturing or construction industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recording.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certification in accounting or financial management is a plus.
