Hotel Intan Health Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Pasuruan and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports and statements.,Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget and forecast.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to management and other departments.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel or healthcare industry accounting practices is a plus.
