📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and supervise the staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product quality.,Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
