📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure 24/7, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
• Implement and manage network security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving connectivity issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Document all network activities and maintain detailed records for compliance and future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations, preferably in a 24/7 NOC environment.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or PRTG.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
