📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials,Conduct training needs analysis and evaluation,Coordinate with department heads to understand training requirements,Facilitate training sessions and workshops,Provide feedback and support to participants,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Proven track record of successful training program implementation
