Apotek Zahra Bakery is looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Barista to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. As the Lead Barista, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and brew high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to customer preferences.,Maintain and operate coffee equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.,Manage the daily coffee inventory and order supplies as needed.,Train and supervise junior baristas to ensure consistent quality and service.,Ensure a clean and well-maintained coffee shop environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Participate in coffee tastings and quality control processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of coffee recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with coffee quality standards and certifications is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
