Town Mart Sejahtera is seeking a Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Palembang. As a Lead QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Lead and supervise QC inspectors to ensure efficient and effective quality control processes.,Identify and analyze quality issues, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality control processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Provide training and guidance to QC inspectors on quality control procedures and best practices.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven track record of leading and supervising QC inspectors.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations.
