📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.,Evaluate training needs and design programs to address them.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain training records and reports.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel within the region as needed.
