Bay Root Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Pontianak. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about retail management and has a proven track record of success in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage the store's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
