Design and implement custom layouts for semiconductor ICs,Ensure designs meet performance, power, and area requirements,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize IC designs,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback,Troubleshoot and resolve design issues,Stay up-to-date with the latest semiconductor technologies and trends,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team,Contribute to the development of layout design methodologies and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in custom layout design for semiconductor ICs,Proven track record of delivering high-quality, efficient designs,Strong knowledge of IC design tools and flows,Experience with semiconductor fabrication processes,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
