📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they meet the required standards.,Develop and update training materials to ensure they are relevant and effective.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Evaluate and improve the overall training and development process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
