📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.Analyze and report on purchasing metrics and trends.Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services.Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in purchasing.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.🛠️ Keahlian
