📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising production activities to ensure high-quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain production efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.,Assist in developing and implementing production schedules and workflows.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of our customers.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Basic understanding of accounting and financial management.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
