📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Operational Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.,Oversee and manage operational budgets and resources.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide operational support to other departments as needed.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
