📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to the hiring managers.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient recruitment processes.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all legal and company policies.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers on best practices and recruitment strategies.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS and other HR software.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
