This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our fleet, and we are looking for someone who can take on this responsibility with dedication and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and maintained according to schedule.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Handle vehicle documentation and insurance, ensuring all records are up to date.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
