📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.

Manage employee benefits and compensation.

Coordinate with management to ensure smooth HR operations.

Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using HR software and tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
