This role is crucial in ensuring our coffee shop runs smoothly, with the Lead Barista/Cashier responsible for both the quality of our coffee and the efficiency of our cash handling. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Manage the cash register, including handling transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.,Train and supervise junior baristas and cashiers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Monitor and report sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills for cash register and inventory management.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
