In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial support to the management team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget and financial projections.,Provide financial support to the management team by analyzing financial data and providing insights.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
