The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the distribution team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve operational efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and suggest improvements.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of distribution and supply chain management principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
