📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise outlet staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee daily operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer complaints.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and mentor new staff to ensure they meet company standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
