📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the tax department, overseeing all tax-related activities and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on tax planning and optimization to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax filings, including corporate and personal income tax returns.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate tax management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
  • Ensure all tax-related documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available for audits.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
