📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for software products.
  • Collaborate with software development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and create comprehensive technical guides, manuals, and other documentation materials.
  • Ensure technical documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly.
  • Review and edit documentation created by junior technical writers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to team members as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of technical writing processes and standards.
  • Assist in the development of technical content strategies and plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
