📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide primary and preventive healthcare services to employees and their families.

Conduct health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations.

Maintain and update patient medical records.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Educate employees on health and safety practices.

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Participate in continuous professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a similar role.

Valid nursing license and certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Indonesia.

Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.

Willingness to travel and work in remote areas if required.
