📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet quality standards.,Train and supervise production staff to ensure that they are following proper procedures and maintaining high levels of productivity.,Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Ability to travel as needed to different locations.
