📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings, including job descriptions and requirements, to attract qualified candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
