📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Planning and coordinating banquet events, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.,Assisting with event setup, including decor, catering, and guest arrangements.,Managing event budgets and ensuring they are executed within the allocated funds.,Providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests.,Collaborating with vendors and other staff to ensure smooth event execution.,Assisting with post-event evaluations and feedback to improve future events.,Managing event timelines and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event planning roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for event planning.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
