Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Aircraft Parts & Technical Hub (PBTH), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, with a focus on cost reduction and revenue growth.Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge and innovations into our operations.Represent Malaysia Aviation Group at industry events, conferences, and other professional gatherings.Ensure the safety and security of our facilities and personnel, implementing and enforcing all relevant health and safety protocols.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior executive role within the aviation industry, with a proven track record of success.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of aircraft parts, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.🛠️ Keahlian
