📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to ensure adequate supplies.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager to plan and execute daily operations.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.,Participate in product development and innovation to enhance our product offerings.,Ensure all pastry products meet health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Professional certification in culinary arts or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
