📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and develop the global HR strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cultural diversity.,Oversee the HR team, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to foster professional growth and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.,Develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.,Manage and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Drive organizational change and transformation, working closely with business leaders to navigate complex challenges and opportunities.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging innovation and creativity within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Senior Vice President, People & Culture or equivalent role in a global organization.,Strong understanding of global HR practices, policies, and regulations.,Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing HR team in a diverse and multicultural environment.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation.,Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
