📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.

Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-managed.

Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.

Manage store budgets and ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management.

Proven track record of successfully managing a team.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience in using POS systems and retail software.

Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
