📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development and execution of product strategies to meet business objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of product managers and specialists to ensure high-quality deliverables.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.,Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions.,Manage product lifecycles from conception to retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.,Represent the product tribe in stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication of product vision.,Drive product roadmap planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing product teams.,Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment is a plus.,Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Indonesia is desirable.
