📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborating with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Developing user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.,Assisting in the creation of marketing and promotional materials.,Editing and proofreading technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Providing technical support to customers and internal teams as needed.,Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with e-commerce or online retail platforms is a plus.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
