You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives, leveraging tools like VMware, AWS, and Microsoft Azure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure to support Binar Academy's digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the deployment and management of cloud-based solutions using AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems by implementing best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation in IT infrastructure.
• Report to the CTO and work closely with other senior leaders to ensure the success of Binar Academy's digital transformation initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in cloud computing and virtualization.
• Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or VMware are a plus.
• Proven track record of leading and managing IT teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with EdTech industry and experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
