📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect physical and digital assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
• Collaborate with senior management to align security objectives with business goals.
• Oversee the implementation of security measures, including access control, surveillance, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Train and mentor security personnel to ensure high standards of performance.
• Monitor and evaluate security performance metrics to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest security technologies and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate with external security service providers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in security strategy and management.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security strategies for large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of security tools and software, including SIEM systems, access control systems, and surveillance technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
