• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Train and mentor junior staff on process control best practices and standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance overall production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational process control in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
