📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Support the onboarding process by providing resources and guidance to new employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored learning programs.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone to create and manage training courses.
• Gather and analyze feedback from employees to continuously improve training programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in professional development.
• Contribute to the creation of impactful projects by applying your newfound skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, training and development, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Passion for professional growth and a commitment to continuous learning.
