📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end operational workflows, including production, warehousing, and distribution.
• Optimize efficiency and productivity by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain excellence.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operational workflows and driving efficiency improvements.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and warehouse management tools like WMS.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
