📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate data-related risks.
• Oversee data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of healthcare data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust data governance frameworks.
• Monitor and report on data governance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on data governance best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address emerging risks.
• Work closely with IT and legal teams to ensure alignment between data governance practices and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, risk management, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Certifications such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including PDPA and HIPAA.
• Proficient in using data governance tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
