📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive badminton training programs tailored to players of all skill levels.
• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to improve players' technique, strategy, and physical fitness.
• Organize and participate in local and regional badminton tournaments and events.
• Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help players overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with the Sabio Advisory Corporation team to develop and promote our badminton programs.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training and competition.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in badminton coaching.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized training facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in badminton.
• Certification in badminton coaching from a recognized institution (e.g., Badminton Association of Indonesia).
• Strong knowledge of badminton rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fitness and endurance to keep up with the demands of coaching.
• Experience with using coaching software and tools (e.g., Badminton Coaching Software).
• Passion for mentoring and developing young athletes.
