📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons using our Montessori-based curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0-6.
• Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks following our health and safety guidelines.
• Document children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns to parents.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
• Promote and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the preschool.
• Build strong relationships with parents and guardians to ensure open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-6.
• Certification in Montessori education or a similar early childhood education program.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
• Valid work permit and visa for Bali.
